工作经历 肖建良教授,1960年生于陕西富平,分别于西北大学、北京石油化工科学研究院、加拿大University of Alberta获得学士、硕士和博士学位。目前担任英国利物浦大学化学系教授,利物浦材料与催化中心副主任。 肖建良教授是国际上分子催化和有机合成化学领域有影响的有机化学家。在均相催化、不对称合成和绿色化学领域的研究中取得了突出成绩:发现了水相促进的醛酮的不对称催化还原反应,这一反应作为高效高选择性的绿色催化反应已在制药工业中得到应用,被评为不对称催化领域的一项重要进展;发现了高效普适的钯磷催化反应体系用于富电烯烃和芳烃卤化物的区域选择偶联反应,该发现被认为是自上世纪60 年代以来,对Heck 碳碳偶联反应的最重要拓展;开发的负载手性二胺催化剂可用于不同的不对称催化反应过程,其中对不对称氢转移,不对称氰化反应的催化已经在工业生产中获得应用;建立和发展了手性磷配体的催化合成方法并构建了可用于应用研究的配体库。在金属有机催化机理研究方面:率先报道了钯卡宾中间体在imidazolium 离子液体中的原位生成反应,以及超临界二氧化碳中低反应性丙烯酸脂的高效高选择性氢甲酰化反应等。近年来发表SCI 论文110 余篇,申请专利10 余项,论文平均引用数达25次/篇. 2008年, 肖建良教授获UK Prize for Process Chemistry Research。 2010年入选教育部长江学者讲座教授。 主要发表的学术论文 1.
